GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our inventory so customers can buy with confidence; your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that all potential returns must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.
We package orders carefully in an effort to ensure that your items are protected in transit. In the event that an item arrives broken or otherwise damaged, you may return it for a full refund to be issued in the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of return and may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on payment method. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed as store credit.
We advise customers to buy the alternative item they like and return the unwanted item for a refund, or vice-versa, this saves time your end.

Due to the nature of these products, earrings and grillz cannot be returned.
RECEIPT OF RETURNS
We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, diverted, or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend choosing a carrier that offers insurance and traceable shipping (i.e., tracking and/or delivery confirmation).
